1. Reservation requests
1-1. Until November 30, 2011
Reservation requests with checkout dates up to and including March 31, 2012 were accepted via this website and at all the booking counters. Reservation requests for April 1, 2012 or later were not accepted.
1-2. December 1, 2011 through March 30, 2012
Only the booking counters at Narita International Airport Terminals 1 and 2, and Kansai International Airport accept reservation requests with checkout dates up to and including March 31, 2012.

2. Confirmation, change, or cancellation of reservations
2-1. Reservations up to and including March 31, 2012
The reservations are effective, and confirmation, change, or cancellation can be made via “My Reservation” at the top right this website.
2-2. Reservations for April 1, 2012 or later
The reservations are effective. WIRC has contacted customers who have reservations for April 1, 2012 or later, via their registered e-mail addresses.
3. Personal information
Personal information registered for WIRC membership will be erased appropriately according to our privacy policy.
